Description
This versatile chemical anchor provides a secure, stress-free fix in numerous base materials where traditional mechanical anchors might be unsuitable. It is a two-part system that creates a powerful bond without generating expansion forces, making it ideal for fixings in proximity to edges or in delicate substrates like hollow masonry (when used with a sleeve), aerated concrete, solid brickwork, non-cracked concrete, and natural stone (subject to a pull-out test).
With comprehensive European Technical Approvals (ETA) for a wide range of substrates, the Rawl R-KEM II Resin guarantees trusted and verifiable performance. It offers medium to high load capacity and an impressive working life of up to 100 years, ensuring the longevity and safety of your installations. Common applications include the secure fixing of handrails, balustrades, gates, high racking systems, canopies, sanitary appliances, and various steel constructions. Its low-odour, styrene-free composition means it can be used safely in internal, confined spaces. For working in challenging weather conditions, a dedicated winter version is available, enabling applications in temperatures as low as -20°C.
