Blind bolts are designed for blind fixing applications that cover both horizontal and vertical applications. This cavity fixing is ideal for fastening steel sections when working at height or where access is limited. This high-performance fixing is available in various sizes, from M8 Blind Bolts to M20 Blind Bolts.
Blind bolts consist of three elements, a steel pin, sleeve and collar. When tightening the bolt, the collar creates pressure which collapses the expander on the “blind side” (i.e. the non-accessible side). At the same time, the sleeve collapses to create a seal on the visible side. If you require a strong connection in a space where access is restricted, choose blind bolts.
