Pump-in resins are versatile, two-part resin injection systems that pump resin that bonds with the substrate adjacent to it in order to form an interlock in any gap. Our range of resin injection anchors offers a high load capacity and can be used in a variety of materials. The 300ml Rawl RKEM II SF Polyester Resin and Nozzles can be used for natural stone, concrete and solid brickwork. It can also be used on hollow base materials when paired with a suitable sleeve. The 400ml Rawl RKER II Hybrid Resin and Nozzle is suitable for non-cracked concrete and cracked concrete as well as dry or wet substrates and water-filled holes. We also stock styrene-free injection resin, such as the 410ml Rawl RKEM II SF Polyester Resin and Nozzles. This is our best-selling general-purpose resin and it can be used for solid brickwork, concrete and natural stone. With suitable sleeves, it can also be used for hollow base materials. Resin anchor studs are used to reinforce structures. These can be added to resin to increase the load-bearing capability. At Speedy Fixings, we stock a selection of internally threaded sockets, which are ideal to be used when a removable fixing is required. Our range of internal threaded sockets includes Zinc Plated Internal Threaded Sockets, Stainless Steel 304-A2 Internal Threaded Sockets and Stainless steel 316-A4 Internal Threaded Sockets. Glass Capsules (2)
Resin glass capsules are available in two capsule systems: stir-in capsules and hammer-in capsules. An internally threaded socket needs to be spun with a drill into Resin Anchor Spin-in Capsules to mix the components together. Resin Anchor Hammer-in Capsules are hammered with internally threaded sockets to draw the contents through the resin. These are both high-performance resin anchor systems suitable for concrete. Spin-in capsules can be used with resin anchor studs to increase the load-bearing capability. Setting tools will be supplied when purchasing resin spin-in capsules and studs. In addition to these, we also stock a variety of other resin anchors, including pump-in resin, which are used to inject resin into holes in order to fill gaps and create an airtight seal.
