At Speedy Fixings, we have a selection of light-duty hammer-in fixings which can be used to secure objects into plasterboard. Our hammer-in fixings come available in a 4.0 x 30mm screw size and can be installed into plasterboard with a maximum fixture thickness of 6mm.
Hammer-In fixings are commonly used to secure plastic, metal, timber, or masonry using a quick and easy application. The plug expands when hammered into the wall, creating a secure fixing which can also be unscrewed if needed.
These fixings also feature a serrated point at the tip of the screw, which allows you to easily hammer the anchor into the plasterboard wall. The screw is zinc coated with yellow passivation to offer durability and corrosion resistance.
