Description
2-Hole Flat Plate (Splice/Joining) for Strut Channel
The 2-Hole Flat Plate is a core component used to create flush, continuous runs in your strut channel framework. This simple flat plate is essential for splicing two channel lengths together, providing a rigid, in-line connection on the same plane. It is the perfect solution for extending channel runs across floors, ceilings, or walls efficiently and securely.
This basic but essential flat plate is designed for fast assembly and guaranteed structural integrity across joints.
- Seamless Extension: Use it to connect two strut channel lengths end-to-end. This creates a longer run that maintains alignment and strength.
- Increased Rigidity: The $2\text{-hole}$ design locks the channels together securely, helping to prevent flex and lateral movement at the joint.
- Easy Installation: Simply slide the plate into the open side of the channel and secure with two standard channel nuts and bolts. This saves time on site.
- Finish: Hot Dip Galvanised (HDG) to BS EN ISO 1461, providing maximum corrosion protection against moisture and environmental factors.
Zinc plated and stainless steel are also available on request.
We also supply cantilever arms, channel nuts and setscrews.
