The Channel Coupler External is a heavy-duty fitting designed to join two lengths of 41mm strut channel (often referred to as Unistrut) end-to-end, providing maximum strength and reinforcement at the joint. Also known as a External Splice Plate or Channel Connector, this component wraps around the exterior of the channel profile, offering superior rigidity and distributing stress across a much larger surface area than internal splices.
This external coupler is the preferred choice for applications where the channel run is subject to significant tensile stress or bending moments, ensuring your support system for pipework, cable trays, and ductwork remains perfectly aligned and robust.
