The mesh uses a 16 mesh weave (holes per square inch). This delivers reliable insect protection while maintaining good airflow. The aperture size is 1.36 mm, which helps keep insects out without blocking ventilation. It also provides a 73.8% open area for excellent airflow. The wire diameter is 0.224 mm, and the mesh weighs 0.40 kg per m². This gives a strong but easy-to-handle material for installation.
