Made to order items include:
Threaded Rods.
Also known as threaded bars, threaded studs and allthreads, threaded rods can be purchased in various sizes and can be cut to specific sizes in lengths up to 3 metres. We can supply zinc plated threaded rods, galvanised threaded rods and stainless steel threaded rods in both 4.8 mild steel and 8.8 high tensile.
Post Shoes.
Post shoes, sometimes referred to as post supports, offer extra stability and support to wooden posts. These also protect posts from insect damage, water damage and fungal damage. Custom made post supports can be made to order. We can manufacture galvanised post shoes, mild steel post shoes and stainless steel post shoes in various sizes and designs.
Our standard range of post shoes is inclusive of heavy duty post shoes and lightweight post shoes in plain mild steel, galvanised steel and stainless steel. Plus, elevated post bases and adjustable elevated post bases.
Restraint Straps.
Designed to connect timber floor and roof systems to masonry walls, restraint straps offer fast and effective anchoring against strong winds. We can supply galvanised heavy-duty restraint straps, stainless steel light-duty restraint straps, heavy engineered restraint straps and more. These are stocked in lengths of up to 3 metres and can be cut, twisted and bent to your requirements.
Window restraints are also manufactured in-house. This allows us to produce custom orders in a timely manner. Other available restraint fixings include wall ties. These are used to create stability in cavity walls. We supply debonding sleeves, frame cramps and various types of wall ties. Additionally, a variety of cramps, brackets, dowels, wind posts and more can be manufactured in-house.
Angle Brackets.
Angle brackets are used for a variety of applications. In addition to our in-stock range of angle brackets, we can also manufacture a variety of custom brackets at our workshop facilities.
Packers & Shims.
In addition to our standard packers, we can also manufacture custom packers and shims, including custom square horseshoe packers, custom four hole plate shims and custom double horseshoe packers. These are available in various sizes, designs and finishes, such as stainless steel, galvanised steel and mild steel. Holding Down Bolts.
Holding down bolts can be customised to meet your requirements. This customisation includes the creation of bespoke washers, cutting tapered cones to size, as well as manufacturing holding down bolts in special sizes and finishes, such as galvanised and stainless steel.
Channel Support Systems.
Also known as Unistrut, channel support systems are available as deep, shallow and back-to-back plain Unistrut and slotted Unistrut systems. Standard lengths of 3 metres and 6 metres are available. These can be cut to the required size.
Round Bars.
